My friends, it is starting already. I refer to the anger. The GOP has never gotten along very well, so it is not surprising, at least to this writer, that all hell is breaking loose on the anger front.

A few examples of the anger and finger-pointing that is going on among republican nitwits. Mike Johnson, who just bounded off a plane, fresh from a meeting with his royal insurrectionist, announced that he does not think the internal report from the ethics committee on Matt Hates should be released. Johnson explained that since Hatez is no longer in Congress, releasing the report would not be appropriate. Of course, that is not the real reason. The real reason is the following:

“We can’t release the report because Donald told me to be a good little boy, and he doesn’t want it released, so I have to deal with all of you now, but that’s what Donald wants, and we are here to do anything and everything that he wants and nothing more.”

Of course, Mike Johnson did not say that! But he may as well have. In the meantime, Republicans are deeply unhappy about Gaetz being nominated for Attorney General, and Kevin McCarthy is saying there are dozens of Republicans eagerly waiting to vote against him.

Now, one has to take anything Kev says about Mat with a grain of salt because the feud between Kevin and Gaetz makes the Hatfields and McCoys seem tame by comparison.

Still, there has been a clamoring to see the report from Democrats and Republicans alike. This is not going to end well for Gaetz, and I, for one, do not think he can get his Venmo-loving torso into the AG chair, whether it be through a recess appointment or by confirmation.

Now, let’s look at the NY Post. The NY Post should be called “All in for Trump” as it is the Fox of print media. And it has published a scathing editorial blasting its beloved leader for nominating RFK Junior as HHS Secretary.

The Post called him “nuts” (he is) and made it clear that this nomination is a five-alarm fire. Many Republicans are also balking at the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard, and it’s no wonder. Gabbert’s behavior has been downright bizarre, and in the meantime, Russia is celebrating her nomination on their state TV, making things that much more miserable for the Republican Party.

Meanwhile, according to Fox, there is a mutiny” going on with the House freedom caucus who are unhappy with house GOP leaders. This should surprise no one. The freedom caucus is ALWAYS unhappy. If they were happy, THAT would be strange. But Fox’s headline may have poured salt in the wound.

“Mutiny threat sparks house GOP infighting.” They told it straight for once. All over the place, there is Republican infighting, and Trump hasn’t even taken office yet! I’m no one to predict the future, but Republicans need to get off their angry asses and hash things out. Right now, the party is hot red-rocks on a red sand beach, and that’s before any actual work has even begun! Perhaps Capitol Hill should offer some anger management classes.
