Donald Trump falls to pieces with stumbling, slurring Iowa campaign rally speech

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

In the past several days since Donald Trump left the hospital, we’ve seen a pattern in which he’s so weak he can barely even walk up a flight of stairs, but then when he goes to give a campaign speech he’s suddenly full of energy and dancing around. Even if the bandages on the back of his hand weren’t a dead giveaway, it’s been clear that he’s been taking injections to keep him upright during his speeches.

But there’s only so long you can do that before you either build up a tolerance or your organs explode, and it appears Trump may have finally hit the end of his performance enhancement drug cycle today. During his speech in Iowa tonight, Trump seemed lifeless, stumbled his way through the speech, slurred some of his words, got strangely agitated over his necktie, and failed several times in a row to say “Burisma.”

So is Trump off the steroids now? Is he tapering down? Did he finally reach the point where even the most reckless of doctors had to cut him off? Keep an eye on Trump’s next few public appearances; if he really is tapering off performance enhancing drugs, he’ll continue to become more lethargic.
