Donald Trump has completely illiterate meltdown as Democratic National Convention stomps all over him
For the fourth night in a row, the Democratic National Convention has stomped all over Donald Trump. This has left Trump desperate for attention, and willing to make a complete fool of himself just to try to get a bit of it.
For instance, Trump just posted a tweet which made it sound like he thought the virtual convention was taking place in person. Then he tweeted this illiterate gem: “96% Approval Rating in the Republican Party. 51% Approval Rating overal in the Rasmussen Poll. Thank you!”
To be clear, the 96% number is merely something that Donald Trump and/or his handlers have made up out of thin air. And the 51% number in the Rasmussen poll is a punchline, considering that poll’s penchant for being consistently wrong. Also, “overal” isn’t a word. We don’t care that Trump is illiterate. We care that he has the nearly infinite resources of the presidency, and he still can’t be bothered.
