Donald Trump’s slogans have always been intentionally simplistic in the hope of appealing to his braindead political base. “Make America Great Again” originally meant nothing at all, and has since become a white supremacist slogan. “We’re going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it” has become a testament to his impotence. Now Trump is floating a new slogan, and no one can even figure out what he’s talking about.

Donald Trump revealed today that his new all-caps slogan is “BUILD A WALL & CRIME WILL FALL!” That’s rather idiotic, considering that crime rates have been steadily declining across the nation, and that immigrants are statistically far less likely to commit a crime than natural born U.S. citizens. But it’s what Trump added to his slogan that turned it into a puddle of jello.

Here’s how Trump went on to describe his new slogan: “This is the new theme, for two years until the Wall is finished (under construction now), of the Republican Party. Use it and pray!” Wait, what? For starters, Trump seems to be under the delusion that he’ll still be in office for another two years, when it’s far more likely he’ll be in jail awaiting criminal trial by then. He’s also back to pretending that his nonexistent wall is already being built.

But it’s the “Use it and pray” part that no one can seem to figure out. Why would Donald Trump and his racist base need to pray for the wall to be built? Wouldn’t that imply that Trump is too incompetent to pull it off without divine intervention? Also, are his lowlife supporters supposed to pray while they’re chanting the idiotic phrase? As Trump gets closer to ouster, his words and behavior just keep getting weirder.
