Idiot Donald Trump declares “IT’S ALREADY WORKING” as stock market takes another terrible plunge
The stock market took a massive plunge yesterday thanks to Donald Trump’s idiotic new tariffs, losing nearly four percent of its total value. But Trump refused to change course, and so this morning the stock market has dropped another four percent. This means that in a day and a half the stock market has lost one-twelfth of its total value. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is now down more than 5,000 points since Trump took office – a devastating turn of events.
So how is Trump reacting to all of this? He just posted this on social media: “GREAT JOB NUMBERS, FAR BETTER THAN EXPECTED. IT’S ALREADY WORKING. HANG TOUGH, WE CAN’T LOSE!!!”
Uh… how do we say this? WRONG. Unemployment increased, meaning the new job numbers are pretty bad. Between rising unemployment (which Trump and DOGE are causing) and worsening trade wars (which Trump is causing), Wall Street has all but given up on the economy. Yet Trump is so deep into dementia that he thinks this is all going fantastically.
