Oh good, another Donald Trump hostage video

Several months back, Donald Trump and his handlers seemed to believe that the best way to boost his pathetic approval rating and put him in contention for 2020 was to tweet a series of brief videos in which Trump stands outside the White House and reads a bunch of dishonest propaganda from a script. Trump came off as so lifeless in these videos, and so obviously didn’t want to be doing them, they were discontinued after a short time. They were basically hostage videos. Now they’ve inexplicably resumed:
