Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump: “Don’t tempt me”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. In the clearest sign yet that Donald Trump has no idea what he’s doing and no clue about how to turn around his dying presidency or his fading 2020 prospects, he decided to randomly lash out at Hillary Clinton this morning – one of the most overused and ineffective tricks in his increasingly depleted bag of toxic waste. It turns out Hillary wasn’t in the mood for it.

Donald Trump tweeted this nonsense, and to be clear, not one word he’s saying here is true or accurate: ” think that Crooked Hillary Clinton should enter the race to try and steal it away from Uber Left Elizabeth Warren. Only one condition. The Crooked one must explain all of her high crimes and misdemeanors including how & why she deleted 33,000 Emails AFTER getting “C” Subpoena!”

This prompted Hillary Clinton to fire back at Trump with this succinct tweet: “Don’t tempt me. Do your job.” We don’t think Hillary has any real interest in running again; we think she’s being sarcastic here. The Democrats have several strong candidates running in 2020, and six of them are polling ahead of Trump in a head to head matchup. If Hillary wanted to run, she’d have gotten in the race a long time ago.

In any case, as Americans increasingly realize that Hillary Clinton would have been an infinitely better President of the United States than the traitorous stooge who’s currently stinking up the Oval Office, her legacy continues to shine more brightly. And since Trump seems to think that likes and retweets are the most important measure of anything in life, it’s worth pointing out that Hillary’s response is on track to get far more likes and retweets than Trump’s original tweet.
