Here’s more great 2024 news for Joe Biden that the media won’t tell you about

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Despite the pundits, who are desperate for the sort of drama and incompetence one inevitably gets with a Republican administration running things, saying that there’s a lack of enthusiasm for a second term of the Biden administration, the president already made history back in October by setting a record for cash on hand he raised for his re-election bid. It was the most any presidential candidate raised for re-election at such an early phase in their campaign – and this was bolstered by the fact that a lot of the contributors were first-time donors who didn’t contribute back in 2020.

Now, the campaign has officially kicked off, with President Biden making clear that the preservation of democracy is a key theme of his campaign and giving a speech at Valley Forge about why the American Revolutionary War had to be fought in the first place. His message, about America refusing to ever bow down to a king ever again clearly resonated, with his donations in the 24 hours after that kickoff speech exceeding $1 million.

It’s clear: the fight for democracy is a political winner that is resonating with voters. The good news is we don’t have to wait until Nov 5 to save it – we can start with any number of special elections this year, including Tom Suozzi’s race in New York’s 3rd congressional district on Feb 13, by donating or volunteering here. It’s the first step to winning in November.
