Here’s an election matchup that’s going to matter greatly
The farmlands of America are extraordinary. These lands produce hay, dairy, sugar cane, fresh produce, dairy, grains, fruit, and much more. Our farms are lands of fertility. They are also beautiful, with many green pastures, grasslands humming with activity, shining homesteads, and many fields of dreams that are tended to by many a hard-working farmer.
And I am VERY pleased to announce that one of my favorite farmers and senators — Montana Senator Jon Tester — has announced he is running for reelection as senator of Montana. This is welcome and very good news. Some people were a bit worried whether the Montana lawmaker with popularity in the seventies would launch another run. Campaigns are hard work.
But yes, Yes he is running. And we must help him. It is incredible that in a republican state like Montana, Tester’s popularity is so high, but it is. But mark my words; Republicans will want to change that. Tester is paramount to keeping the senate. And PLEASE don’t listen to the doomsday pundits. We can, and we will keep the senate.
Montanans love Tester because he “gets” them. And they get him. He’s one of our finest, and we must work hard for him. So please tell to your family and friends that he has decided to run again. This is excellent news, and we are here to make sure Senator Jon Tester gets yet another senate term.
