Here comes the big baby lie

We've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Pro-baby. This is what the GOP would have you believe they are. They’re not. This is their “big baby lie.” This is the second of the “big lies.” Or maybe it’s the 100th. See, the GOP lies so much that I can no longer keep track. It is always important to judge by actions — not words.

Words are pretty and can come easily to one’s lips. But at the end of the day, they are just — words — words turned into sentences, but sometimes these sentences are deceptive.

So actions, not words, tell the story. And the bottom line is on Thursday, nearly EVERY House Republican voted no on a bill that would increase the baby formula supply. It would have seen $28 million sent to the FDA for this very thing — $28 million! Nah, said most House Republicans who, with a seeming lack of concern, cheerfully voted no.

See, your baby — the country’s babies — does not matter to these people. They’re pawns. Their FORMULA is a pawn. The bill passed anyway — with not much help from Republicans. I think we need to chip away at the stone. What I mean by that is we need to go hard at the foundation of the GOP’s imagined concerns.

Their baby concerns. This is a political non-party that doesn’t give a damn about the children — the babies — anything — except holding power over women, appointing conservative judges, banning books, and giving their buddies tax breaks.

That’s it. That is their plan — for America. It is ironic that after weeks of politicizing this issue, the GOP just GAVE this issue the middle finger. They couldn’t care less! And that’s what we saw. Remember, dear friends: actions always tell the story. Actions do not lie. And the actions of the GOP show they wanted NO action at all.

It's been a tough week, a tough month, a tough year. For all of us. But the fight goes on. Because we know how important this is. Because we care. Because we're the ones who fight. It's you and me. It has been for a decade. And I'm never backing down. But Palmer Report does have operating expenses. And in this uncertain time, I truly need your help. For that reason I've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.
