I am SO thankful, friends and readers. I am so DAMN THANKFUL that Judge Cannon dismissed the classified documents case. Why? Well, let’s look at the facts. Throughout all this back-and-forth with Cannon, I feared only one thing: one option.

That option is that she might wait until a jury is picked and then dismiss the case. It could have happened that way. If that had happened, Jack Smith would not have been able to appeal. Double Jeopardy, that nasty little trick, would have attached, clinging to the case, making it virtually IMPOSSIBLE for any appeal.

But, as you have seen, Judge Cannon isn’t too bright. See, I have a theory. I have a theory as to WHY she chose to dismiss NOW. My theory is the following: Judge Cannon waded into the water. She thought she was in warm, shallow waters. But unknown to her, the underwater current was there, lurking. It was there alright, and it scooped up the Judge, carrying her effortlessly out to sea,

You see, Cannon had a decision coming up — should Trump be partially gagged? As I’ve said many times, that was the trap Jack Smith laid out for her. If the water-swept Judge had stayed out at sea and chosen to do nothing, Smith would have appealed.

Had she GRANTED the order, Trump would have been furious. Yes, an angry sea terrifies Judge Cannon like nothing else. After all — there is the the extreme court — that SEAT she likely craves with selfish need.

So, Cannon, BEING Cannon, really had no choice but to dismiss. For what’s a scheming Judge to do? She was cornered, and she was trapped. The dismissal was inevitable. So yes, this writer rejoices because NOW, my friends, the options for Smith are limitless. We will see what he decides to do. But one thing I am sure of. This case will NEVER EVER be seen in the stinking court of Judge Cannon again. Donate $25 to Palmer Report
