Rudy Giuliani is hallucinating
We think we’ve finally figured out what’s wrong with Rudy Giuliani, and why he’s come off as a combination of mentally incompetent and mentally ill while trying to lead Donald Trump’s criminal defense team. Rudy is hallucinating. He thinks there’s an entire shadow government out there, or perhaps shadow people, or someone who’s running the show. No, really. His own latest ramblings points strongly in that direction.
Now that Rudy’s initial “keep digging a hole for Trump until you magically come out the other side” defense has failed, he’s resorting to simply begging Robert Mueller to end the investigation into Trump’s endless list of felonies. Giuliani just went on Fox News (where else?) and announced that Mueller “doesn’t seem to have that sort of understanding that they’re interfering with things that are much bigger than them or us.” Wait, what? Huh?
When Rudy says “them” he’s referring to Robert Mueller, the Department of Justice, the U.S. intel community, the U.S. Attorneys, and others who are investigating Donald Trump’s crimes. When Rudy says “us” he’s referring to himself and Trump. This is a battle between the traitor who is illegally occupying the office of President of the United States, and the non-corrupted portions of the federal government who are trying to take him down for his crimes. There’s no one and nothing who is “bigger” than that.
What does Rudy Giuliani think is going on here? Who and what is supposed to be bigger than the battle to oust a traitor from the White House? When Giuliani talks like this, he sounds just shy of Alex Jones ranting about how the lizard people are taking over. Rudy is in need of immediate professional psychiatric help. Then again, the longer he remains in charge of Trump’s defense, the more quickly Trump will end up in prison.
