GOP hits panic button as Trump circles drain
The reports are coming from inside the house — Donald Trump’s house– his house of spineless republicans. According to MANY reports — too many to count — Republicans are terrified that their messiah will blow the debate on Tuesday. This has got them wringing their hands.
One of the GOP’s most giant-sized fears is that Donald Trump will say something racist or sexist (or both) on stage live before millions of people. This is keeping some of them up at night. And some Republicans have even gone begging the crazy one, begging him not to get personal. That, of course, has as much chance of happening as everybody reading this winning Powerball.
Trump’s a woman hater, but especially a RACIST woman hater. So, it stands to reason he’ll never — I repeat NEVER — treat Harris with any respect. I’m not a bit worried about Harris’s ability to defend herself. But if I were a Republican in Trump’s circle (and thank goodness I’m not), I’d be super anxious right now.
Trump’s basically a toy grabber machine . You know, those machines in restaurants where one tries to grab something but has no idea what will come out. Well, that’s Donald Trump, and that is EXACTLY why nothing Republicans say will penetrate his ravaged mind.
We have no idea WHICH Donald Trump will show up;WHAT garbage will spill forth from his angry lips. We have no idea what he will say at ANY given moment; republicans can whisper in his ear, undoubtedly trying to reassure themselves everything will be just fine, only it won’t be, and deep down, they must know it.
