Good news for the Democrats’ chances of keeping the Senate in 2024

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Representative Elisa Slotkin is running for Senate in Michigan. She’s a very strong candidate. Slotkin is brilliant and charismatic and would be perfect for the Senate seat vacated by Debbie Stabenow.

We’re going to have to work hard because Republicans are wanting to win that seat. Of course, Republicans have their own problems in Michigan, one of them being they have a quack as a leader there, but still — they will come after her hard.

Only Slotkin’s campaign appears to be taking off. I say this because Representative Slotkin (soon to be Senator Slotkin) has just astonishingly raised more than $1 million on the very first DAY of the campaign.

Slotkin tweeted the news that her campaign had received more than $1.2 million in 24 hours. That is just astonishing. And it shows we’re on track. On track for what you might ask? Why to keep the Senate! I hope you don’t believe all that gobbly-gook from the media that democrats might lose the Senate. Not a chance! Especially when we have candidates like Slotkin.

We are going to win in 2024 and retain the Senate, and woe to ANYONE that underestimates us. We’re winners, as the last slew of elections has shown people. So congratulations to Slotkin. And let’s get this show on the road and keep on winning.
