Donald Trump is really going to hate this
Two phrases that accurately describe Donald Trump: widely unpopular and intensely jealous. Those two things are about to collide. Back when we still had crowds at baseball games, Trump attended a World Series game, and was widely booed by the Washington Nationals home crowd. They even chanted “Lock him up!”
Now the Washington Nationals have invited Dr. Anthony Fauci to throw out the first pitch on opening day this week. They’re even calling Fauci a “true champion for our country” in their announcement:

So now the same Washington Nationals fanbase that booed Donald Trump to his face is about to cheer Dr. Fauci to his face. Trump is going to hate this.
