Bad news for Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Lindsey Graham in Georgia criminal probe

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Just because an ongoing criminal investigation hasn’t made headlines in awhile, that doesn’t tell us anything about the progress being made in the probe behind the scenes. Instead it just means that no one has fed the media anything about the case in awhile. This brings us to the Fulton County Georgia District Attorney’s criminal probe into Donald Trump for election fraud.

The DA confirmed months ago that she’d begun putting the case in front of a grand jury. But that’s just step one in a long series of steps. The initial grand jury has to approve warrants and such, and then prosecutors dig in to see what kind of criminal case they can or can’t put together. Then once the work is done, they’ll empanel another grand jury for the sake of bringing indictments, if there are indeed indictments to be brought.

Now CNN is reporting that the Georgia probe is indeed still plowing forward, with a number of witnesses having been interviewed, and a number of witnesses still to go. Notably, CNN is confirming that Rudy Giuliani and Lindsey Graham are also being targeted by the Georgia probe.

Giuliani is already the target of a federal criminal investigation that’s included a raid of his home and the seizure of his communications. Trump is under state criminal investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney and the New York Attorney General, and thus far the probe has resulted in the criminal indictments of the Trump Organization and Allen Weisselberg. Now Trump and Giuliani could face indictment in multiple jurisdictions. Graham is still a sitting Senator, and if he were indicted in Georgia, it would have obvious ramifications on his political career.
