George Santos seen holding mystery baby in congressional hallway, then ditches it and runs around screaming the F-word

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Palmer Report has spent the past few days documenting how House Republican George Santos – who wasn’t exactly well put together to begin with – has been rapidly decompensating since his latest round of criminal charges. Santos keeps vowing to take other House Republicans down with him, in increasingly over the top fashion. But now Santos has topped it all.

At one point today George Santos was seen in the halls of Congress, holding an unidentified baby in his hands, when a pro-Palestinian individual apparently began questioning him about Israel. This is a complex and nuanced issue, but Santos instead responded… well, he responded like this:

That’s right, George Santos is now running up and down the halls screaming the F-word while reporters try to figure out what’s even going on. As for the baby that Santos was holding? No one seems to know. Even the media outlets who were there are referring to it as a “mystery baby.” When Santos was asked if it’s his baby, he said “not yet.” Huh?

We’ll have to wait for more context to come out about this story before even trying to guess what’s going on. But suffice it to say that George Santos is completely losing his marbles. He’s walking the halls of Congress with a baby that he seems to admit isn’t his, and then he’s ditching the baby and running around calling some guy a “f*cking terrorist” while reporters try to chase him.

As a reminder, George Santos is out on bail while awaiting criminal trial. He’s going to prison for a long time. And he’s starting to act like someone who can’t handle the fact that he’s going to prison for a long time. Each day that House Republicans fail to expel this guy, they’re making it that much harder for themselves to keep the House majority in 2024. So be it.
