George Conway slams Donald Trump after Kellyanne Conway gets coronavirus

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Last night Palmer Report pointed out that if the news of Hope Hicks’ positive coronavirus test hadn’t leaked out, Donald Trump would have tried to keep his own coronavirus a secret as long as possible in the hope his symptoms remained maskable. It turns out we’re not the only ones who see it that way.

Charlie Sykes pointed out on Twitter today that if Trump had his way, the entire White House coronavirus outbreak would still be under wraps as the contagion spread. George Conway provided this response: “And I would be out at CVS getting more Theraflu for my wife for what we would have thought was a cold.”

In other words, George Conway is pointing out that if Trump had his way, even his underlings like Kellyanne Conway would not have been told that they’d been exposed, and would be making mistaken assumptions about any symptoms they were showing.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s ally Chris Christie has been hospitalized with coronavirus – a reminder that Trump’s negligence and dishonesty are putting the lives of his own people at risk, in addition to the more than 200,000 Americans he’s already dishonestly gotten killed.
