“Gang boom … I hear bing” – senile Donald Trump no longer even able to put words together

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump’s dementia symptoms just keep getting worse. It’s not just that he keeps getting people confused with each other, keeps moving timelines around in his head, and needs a note card just to list off his own kids. It’s that he’s also increasingly incapable of even putting words together.

For instance, as Duty To Warn recently reminded everyone, Trump is prone to random babble such as “Gang, boom. This is me. I hear bing.” This isn’t a made up example; it’s something that Trump actually blurted out while attempting to give a speech.

This past weekend Trump’s handlers leaked to the media that they were sharply cutting back on Trump’s rally appearances, citing budget constraints as the reason. But it’s not difficult to figure out the real reason why they’re inclined to get Trump off the stage. Every time he appears in public, it becomes that much more painfully obvious that he’s in a rapidly declining dementia spiral.
