Fulton County grand jury forewoman strongly hints about Donald Trump’s indictment

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. The forewoman of the Fulton County special grand jury is now strongly hinting in a new interview that Donald Trump and others have been recommended for criminal indictment.

When asked about who’s been recommended for indictment, she referenced Trump’s phone call to Raffensperger and said no one will be shocked. When asked if Trump is on the indictment list, she said there’s no big surprise or plot twist about who’s on the list.

In other words, the people the special grand jury recommended for indictment are the people Fani Willis asked to be on the list, and the people we’ve all expected to be on the list: Trump and his co-conspirators.

This special grand jury recommends indictments, but does not officially decide who gets indicted. Its work is done. Willis decides who’s indicted, and a regular grand jury has to sign off on it. But again, the special grand jury is saying that it gave Willis what she wanted and that it’s who all we think it is.

Willis is still in the process of presenting this report to a regular grand jury, and no one knows where she is in that process. Still at the start, if the system is highly backlogged. Near the end by now, if it isn’t backlogged at all. Maybe somewhere in between.

What’s interesting is that the grand jury forewoman is speaking about this at all. She’s allowed to say what she wants. But she knows that this is a sensitive ongoing process. Hard to imagine she’d be talking about it like this unless she expects those indictments to drop soon.

This grand jury forewoman in Fulton County is taking a similar public approach to the one that key witness Michael Cohen is taking in Manhattan. They each know what’s going on. They each want to say that Trump is being indicted. But they know the process is still finishing up.

So when is Trump being indicted? Who cares? Tomorrow? Two weeks from now? It doesn’t matter. Trump is being criminally indicted in multiple jurisdictions. This is exactly the good news you’ve been hoping for.
