Frankenstein’s monsters
“We need to get the January 6 political prisoners released.” That was the rallying cry from some republican voters on social media. “Amen. What’s the holdup?” The holdup is that there ARE no January 6 political prisoners. However, that does not appear to matter to some Republicans. Or perhaps they’re so very brainwashed they really do believe the bullshit.
“Are any republicans speaking out about this?” These comments are from social media and originate from brain-dead republican voters who seem to truly believe that it’s only a matter of time until all the locked-up insurrectionists begin their journey home.
“Please release them!” This is a subject that most republican politicians definitely do NOT want to make into the mainstream. The reason for that is because they know that there are no political prisoners in jail in regards to January 6. There ARE, however, American terrorists who I very much hope will be locked up for a good long time.
“What are the republicans doing about it?” Nothing darling. You’ve been had. And your darling political party knows it. In fact, they were part of the group who successfully pulled the wool over your eyes — with some help from Fox News.
“Please, please release them!” I wonder what will happen during debates when all these cowardly Republicans have to say SOMETHING about the insurrection and the prisoners. But some voters remain skeptical of the GOP:
“Aerosmith would say dream on.”
“What IS the hold up?”
“They won’t do crap.”
“They’re as worthless as democrats.”
The GOP is between a rock and a hard place on many issues.
But this one is going to be a problem. In a way, it’s like Frankenstein’s monster. The GOP did too good a job with their little monsters, and now they can’t seem to shut them up.
“Nuremberg trials and tribunals!”
“Send all the domestic terrorists to prison!”
They’re already there, my friends, and very soon, their leader — Donald John Trump will also be there.
