Donald Trump goes berserk after Fox News sells him out

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Fox News has spent years “reporting” one lie after another aimed at propping up Donald Trump. But it’s never really been about Trump, so much as it’s been about Fox giving its conservative viewers what they want to hear, so they’ll stay tuned in and keep the advertising revenue flowing. Trump, ever the narcissist, has never really seemed to understand this.

As it turns out, Fox News is just as willing to take advertising money from anti-Trump groups as it is willing to take advertising money from the Trump campaign. Trump seems to be shocked by the revelation that Fox is in fact a for-profit corporation that likes money. He posted this bitter tweet about the fact that Fox has sold him out for money:

“Fox News allows more negative ads on me than practically all of the other networks combined. Not like the old days, but we will win even bigger than 2016. Roger Ailes was the GREATEST!”

Donald Trump truly doesn’t get it. Fox News isn’t his friend. Some of the hosts on the network may be hopelessly up his backside, but the network as a whole exists to turn a profit, not to do Trump favors. You’d think after a lifetime in the business world, Trump would understand how financial relationships work. Then again, he is flat broke and deeply in debt.
