Just as Donald Trump’s deranged press conference in defense of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was winding down, a fourth accuser has now come forward. Up to now, all of the allegations are from Kavanaugh’s high school and college days, but this time it involves an incident that took place much more recently.

An unnamed woman has informed the United States Senate that in 1998, her daughter witnessed Brett Kavanaugh drunkenly and aggressively shoving another woman up against a wall in a sexual manner, according to a new on-air report from NBC News. The women involved with this latest accusation have decided not to publicly identity themselves at this time, but the Senate is nonetheless investigating the matter as we speak. So what now?

This is now the fourth woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of getting drunk and then getting sexually violent. The first three women, who have all come forward by name, have accused him of everything from attempted rape, to sexual assault, to participating in gang rape parties. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford is set to testify before the Senate tomorrow. Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick are still being denied the opportunity to testify.

Brett Kavanaugh would have been thirty-two or thirty-three years old when this alleged assault took place in 1998. This would serve to wipe out the (ridiculous yet persistent) notion that Kavanaugh’s pattern of sexual assault was limited to his youth, and that he’s since become a “better man.” This latest allegation points to Kavanaugh continuing to get drunk during adulthood, and continuing to sexually assault women while he was drunk. Brett Kavanaugh has been accused by his college roommate of having been an “aggressive” and “belligerent” drunk.
