Former federal prosecutor says Donald Trump is committing “negligent genocide”
Even before the coronavirus crisis started, Donald Trump committed so many different kinds of crimes, New York State and the Feds will be fighting over who gets to arrest him first if he loses the election. But now Trump has graduated to a new kind of crime: negligently getting tens of thousands of Americans killed.
Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner believes we’re looking at an entirely new class of crime:
There’s “negligent homicide” and there’s “genocide.” Trump’s criminal conduct may actually have given birth to a new kind of mass atrocity against humanity: “negligent genocide.”

Former FBI Assistant Director Frank Figliuzzi has also expressed the view that Donald Trump has committed some form of negligent homicide under the law. We can’t stop Trump’s killing spree right now; all we can do is try to work around him. But if we make sure Trump loses the election, he’ll spend the rest of his life in solitary confinement.
