First criminal indictments come down in Trump 2020 election overthrow plot in Nevada

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump is already under criminal indictment and awaiting trial in four different jurisdictions. He’s also now reportedly under criminal investigation in Arizona in relation to the 2020 election, which would put Trump on criminal trial for a fifth time. Now it looks like Nevada might end up making six.

A grand jury in Nevada has criminally indicted multiple “fake electors” in the 2020 election today. This comes just three weeks after the investigation was revealed, a reminder that the media and the public are often far behind when it comes to the progress (and even existence) of criminal investigations.

Because there’s not much information out there about this Nevada probe, we still don’t know the scope of it. Each state’s laws are different, so it’s easier for some states to take this all the way to the top than others. For instance Fani Willis was able to use Georgia’s extensive RICO laws to build her criminal case all the way up to Donald Trump himself. In other states it might be trickier to criminally target Trump for 2020.

But the point is that grand jury criminal indictments are now coming down in Nevada, and it’s entirely possible that Trump will end up indicted there as well. One thing to watch for will be whether Nevada prosecutors now look to cut cooperation deals with these indicted fake electors. If you’re flipping lower level people, it’s because you’re going after higher level people. Stay tuned.
