Federal judge shuts down “irrational” Donald Trump, blames him for “nationwide crisis”
Donald Trump just keeps losing in court, both because his antics are illegal, and because his antics are so simplistically inept as to make it easy for the courts to rule decisively. Nor does anyone in the Trump regime appear to know how to do a competent court filing. It’s that incompetence that keeps working in our favor, and now it’s happened again.
A federal judge has now shut down Trump’s entire attempt at cutting off federal grants and loans. This isn’t merely a ruling on procedure, either. The judge is ruling decisively on merit, and has determined that the Trump regime’s moves have no merit.
The judge has stated that Trump’s actions were “irrational, imprudent, and precipitated a nationwide crisis.” That’s what we call a slam dunk ruling. This derails one of Trump’s key initiatives thus far. It’s also notable that a judge is referring to Trump as “irrational.” The judge isn’t quite calling Trump mentally incompetent. But it helps advance the narrative that Trump has a screw loose and that his erratic actions make no sense.
