“Fear and panic in the ranks” as the Donald Trump regime collapses

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump is in the hospital with coronavirus and reportedly having difficulty breathing. The total lack of a coherent message coming out of his White House suggests chaos and confusion behind the scenes, and for good reason. This potentially finishes off whatever slim chance they had left of winning. Now many of Trump’s underlings have to worry about going to the hospital, going to prison, or both.

So it’s not surprising to see the Lincoln Project’s Steve Schmidt tweeting this tonight: “We are hearing from many sources within the Trump campaign about the fear and panic in the ranks. Staffers are scared. Some are terrified. They know the walls are crumbling.”

Schmidt is also pointing out some of the things that Palmer Report has been harping on this past week: the Trump campaign is now too broke to run TV ads in swing states. Donald Trump Junior is completely wigging out. Schmidt is also calling on Trump White House insiders to reach out to him and flip on Trump. You can read his entire thread here.
