Everyone piles on after Donald Trump has completely senile “fatilities” meltdown

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump wants you to believe that Joe Biden is somehow senile or suffering from dementia. If you listened to Joe Biden’s speech today, it’s 100% clear that he’s firing on all cylinders. Of course Trump is merely trying to deflect from his own worsening cognitive failures, which were again on display today.

Trump insisted today that most of the coronavirus “fatilities” are in adults, not children. Okay, but what is a “fatility” supposed to be? This comes after Trump recently made references to “Thighland” and “Yo-SEM-ite” and other similar blunders that are happening with rapidly increasing frequency.

It’s not merely that Donald Trump is misspeaking, or that he has literacy issues. It’s that he’s now reached the point in his cognitive decline where he’s reduced to merely reading prepared speeches from a script that he clearly had no hand in writing and has never seen before, and his brain can’t recognize common words when he sees them in his script. Responses to Trump’s “fatilities” meltdown were anything but positive. So many people piled on that it ended up trending atop Twitter.

Today drew a sharp contrast. Joe Biden is the kind of guy who comes up against a smart strong black woman who challenges him to do better, and so he ends up hiring her for the highest ranking job he had available. Donald Trump is the kind of guy who surrounds himself with people who are afraid to tell him that “fatilities” isn’t a word.
