Fani Willis confirms nothing has been delayed in her Trump trial

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

I recently wrote an article calling DA Fani W Ellis a “fire princess,” a metaphor many of you said you loved. I chose it because DA Willis is REGAL. What she had been put through would have tested even the strongest person, and not only did she rise to the occasion with grace and dignity, but she even kept working hard on the Trump case while all that drama was going on.

She is tough, fiery, and once again—a fire princess. She is regal. And she is coming for Donald Trump. DA Willis told CNN over the weekend, that “The train is coming for Donald Trump.”

In an exclusive CNN interview, DA Willis explained that NOTHING had been delayed in the Georgia case, that, in fact, she and her team had continued to work on it AS the whole hearing into her relationship with Nathan Wade went on.

“While that was going on we were writing responsive briefs, we were still doing the case in a way that it needed to be done,” Willis explained.

“I don’t feel like we’ve been slowed down. At all.”

“The train is coming.”

Now THAT’S spunk. Think about how Donald John Trump likes to boast about how hardworking he is. Of course, that is false. Trump does anything he can to avoid hard work.

Willis is the opposite. Imagine working so diligently WHILE certain people attempt to drag your reputation through the mud. It’s awe-inspiring. Willis has also indicated she will ask for a trial date soon and she wants it to be before the election. Knowing her determination? It just might be.
