The thing about bullies is that they always prove themselves to be cowards in the end. Donald Trump has spent his entire time in politics trying to strategically pick one target at a time, isolate it, and pummel it while his deranged base cheers him on. The trouble for Trump is that this kind of thing doesn’t work when he’s facing too many opponents and obstacles at once. Right now we’re seeing Trump exposed, on both a domestic and international scale.

For instance, Trump has been trying to pick fights with one famous black athlete at a time. But now, in the span of a week, he’s been force to “ban” the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles and the NBA champion Golden State Warriors from the White House after they each made clear they were going to boycott the visit.

Based on the numbers that have been reported, the majority of black players and the majority of white players on the Eagles were planning to boycott Trump. Not only is Trump unable to isolate his targets anymore, he’s no longer able to do it over racial lines. Decent people everywhere have had enough of his crap, and they’re increasingly unafraid to put him in his place. That brings us to the world stage.

Donald Trump has been trying to pick fights with the leader of one U.S. ally at a time, as part of the isolationist marching orders that Vladimir Putin has given him. But at the G7 Summit this weekend, the other world leaders have been unanimously pummeling him in essentially a tag team effort. Trump is being exposed as having no strength, no leadership skills, and no idea what he’s doing.
