Stormy Daniels appears to have some, ahem, unfortunate photographic evidence of Donald Trump

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When Stormy Daniels filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump yesterday asserting her right to speak publicly about their affair, Palmer Report pointed out at the time that the lawsuit itself would go a long way toward revealing the sordid details about the affair. Things would be mentioned in court filings that would quickly become public, or other people involved with the proceedings would leak things. Sure enough, that’s already begun, and it’s already going wrong for Trump. Horribly wrong.

Take a gander at this sentence from Daniels’ lawsuit paperwork against Trump: “[Stormy Daniels] came into possession of certain “Confidential Information” pertaining to [Donald Trump] … which includes, but is not limited to, certain still images and/or text messages which were authored by or relate to [Donald Trump].” Most people are going to read this as meaning that Trump sent her embarrassing text messages and private photos of himself.

That’s not actually what it says, of course. If you go back and read more closely, Daniels is merely asserting that she has texts or photos, or maybe both, and those text or photos might have come from Trump or been about Trump. So that’s about as vague as you can get. Trump presumably knows precisely what Daniels is referring to, because he knows what he did and didn’t send her (then again, Trump is so far gone that he doesn’t appear to remember having told Don McGahn to fire Robert Mueller). But most of the media and the public is going to read the above sentence and assume that Trump sent lewd photos to Daniels and she still has them.

That appears to be the point here. Whether Stormy Daniels has any such photos of Donald Trump or not, she’s making him squirm by leading the public to conclude that she does in fact have such photos of him. So now everyone thinks a porn star has dick pics of Trump, and this is just day one of the lawsuit. She and her lawyers are going to keep publicly torturing him like this until he caves. But even then, it’ll just mean she gets to publish her full story. And it’s clear that, one way or the other, she’s sitting on a lot of embarrassing stuff about him.
