Everyone piles on after Donald Trump’s “West Virginia Resident” meltdown
This morning Donald Trump launched a vicious attack on the New York Times and Washington Post for using unnamed sources in their reporting about him. This is silly in its own right, because Trump isn’t providing any evidence that these sources are somehow fake. Then this afternoon Trump made it even worse for himself when he posted this tweet:
.
“The President and the Federal Government are doing an excellent job. When they say the death toll isn’t going to be as high as reported, they (the opposition) act like they’re sad because it’s lower. I think they are (Press Conferences) wonderful.” West Virginia Resident, C Span

.
Wait, what? That’s right, hours after he railed against the use of unnamed sources, Donald Trump proceeded to use “West Virginia Resident, C Span” as a source. Of course these two tweets were likely crafted by two different Trump handlers, each without any awareness of what the other was doing – and Trump must have signed off on them both without realizing the irony. Trump is just that far gone.
