Everyone piles on after Donald Trump has crazed meltdown about flying boats
With everything going wrong for Donald Trump that can possibly go wrong, and his reelection bid in danger of going up in smoke, he’s trying harder than ever to distract us from his negligence and failures. This time around he’s trying to create the appearance of conflict with Iran – but he’s going about it in a particularly inept way.
Donald Trump posted this bizarre tweet today: “I have instructed the United States Navy to shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea.” Wait a minute here. He’s going to “shoot down” boats? Does he think that Iran has flying boats? Just how far gone is his melting brain?
The responses were swift. Parkland father Fred Guttenberg stated the obvious:
Ok, forgetting the obvious, which is that you don't "shoot down" boats but is he trying to start a conflict to distract from his complete and total failure on coronavirus. I won't be distracted. I will vote for @JoeBiden for President. America, are you with me?
