Even Sarah Huckabee Sanders has had enough of Donald Trump’s crap
Donald Trump has been embarrassing himself and humiliating America for as long as he’s been involved in politics. But there are plenty of people who have gotten a kick out of his shameful behavior, or simply haven’t wanted to admit to themselves that he’s the biggest piece of crap in America. This past weekend may have finally changed things, as Trump made a point of acting as horribly as possible about the death of John McCain. It appears even Sarah Huckabee Sanders has finally had enough of his crap.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders is a monster in her own right. She goes out there each day and tells lies aimed at making it easier for Donald Trump to get away with horrid and often criminal behavior. Considering she was raised by Mike Huckabee, who is all but literally Satan, it’s not shocking that she has virtually no sense of morality or decency. But it looks like even she understands that you don’t publicly dump on a war hero when he dies.
Bloomberg is reporting that over the past few days, Huckabee Sanders has complained to Donald Trump multiple times about his behavior toward John McCain. She hasn’t said anything publicly, but of course she wouldn’t be able to pull that off unless it was accompanied by her resignation. So she’s being as complicit as ever – but it says something that Trump’s behavior has now become so abhorrent, even one of his most gleeful enablers has had enough of it.
Of course there have been reports from various major media outlets for months that Sarah Huckabee Sanders is on her way out of the White House, and that the Trump regime has gone so far as to put together a short list of replacements. If she were smart, she’d resign first thing tomorrow morning, citing Trump’s disrespect toward McCain, and history might remember her just a little bit less harshly. She knows her next press conference will be full of questions about Trump and McCain. Will she go out there and lie yet again?
