Eric Trump has berserk meltdown as Donald Trump’s January 6th scheme falls to pieces

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

This evening, CNN and the New York Times reported that Mike Pence has informed Donald Trump that there is nothing Pence can do to help Trump on January 6th. This is simply how things work, but it’s notable that Pence appears to be leaning against even playing along with the dead-end charade.

It’s the latest sign that while a disturbing number of Republicans are still planning to humiliate themselves by “objecting” to the reading of the election results, a whole lot of Republicans are simply not willing to harm themselves just to make Trump feel better about his loss.

Let’s just say that Eric Trump isn’t taking the news well. He appeared on Fox News tonight and insisted that if any Republicans don’t object on Trump’s behalf tomorrow, “their political career is over, because the MAGA movement is going nowhere.”

Well, Eric Trump is right in one sense. The Trump political movement is indeed “going nowhere” in the sense that Donald Trump just got blown out by seven million votes, and his toxic unpopularity is on the verge of costing the Republicans the Senate tonight.
