Elon Musk has incoherent meltdown while waving a chainsaw around

If you’ve been paying attention, you already know that Elon Musk has been mentally incompetent for years. He’s gradually morphed into a right wing conspiracy theorist whose beliefs are every bit as deranged as someone like Alex Jones. Musk’s behavior on social media of late has also suggested that he’s mentally incompetent in a way that goes beyond politics.

Now that Musk is the unofficial President of the United States, whatever little was still tethering him to reality appears to have snapped. Musk appeared on stage today and proceeded to yell and ramble semi-incoherently, all while waving a chainsaw around. Yes, an actual chainsaw:

If some comedic actor were behaving like this, we’d write it off as merely being part of their persona or their act. But Elon Musk is now running the country. He’s busy ripping numerous government agencies to pieces and firing essential personnel because he has no idea what he’s doing. And now he’s literally wielding a chainsaw. At some point this becomes grounds for institutionalization.
