Elise Stefanik runs and hides

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Here is a question for you, and it’s about — monsters. Monsters are legendary, as I’m sure you know. The Loch ness Monster, Godzilla. And, of course, who could forget Medusa? But I speak of the monster that’s alive and well and living in inhumanity. This particular monster has seen several mutations over the years, and with all of them, they only become more menacing and otherworldly.

This monster uses its words as a weapon, derives pleasure from trying to frighten the American people, and recently made a bloody fool of herself by refusing to promise to certify the 2024 Presidential election if Biden wins. The monster’s name is Elise Stefanik.

She is a walking, talking, stalking example of everything a politician should not be. Israel seems to think so, too. Many families of Israeli families are reportedly very, very upset at Stefanik. This is because she persists in calling the J-6th prisoners “hostages.” This, of course, offends the families of those who really ARE hostages. And they are demanding answers.

Here’s the thing, though — as of the time of this writing, Stefanik won’t answer their questions. That’s right. Miss “I love Israel and stand behind them” is in hiding — refusing to even acknowledge the pain of these families. NBC News reporter Ryan J. Reilly has reached out to Elise to ask her some tough questions like which specific insurrectionists she is calling: “hostages.”

No reply at all. “Will advise if I get a response,” the journalist posted on Twitter. Silence. The families are not happy about Ms. Stefanik using that word “hostages” to describe insurrectionists and convicted criminals.

Some monsters are cowards at heart. They run when the going gets tough. The going just got PLENTY tough for Elise Stefanik — and she is nowhere at all to be found.
