Donald Trump is now in such bad financial shape, he’s now out there hawking sneakers. You knew it going to end poorly for him when it began with Trump being loudly booed during the product launch. And that’s to say nothing of how senile he must be, that he didn’t have the sense to put his foot down when his handlers pitched him this disastrous idea.

But now it’s gotten worse. Various attorneys and legal experts are pointing out that Trump’s sneakers may be a trademark violation:

Such a violation would ultimately have to be enforced by the trademark holder. But it’s one more way, big and small, in which Donald Trump’s entire life is now all about his legal troubles.
