Donald Trump’s name may be about to come off something else

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

What do Marilyn Monroe, Ice-T and Blake Shelton all have in common? They all have received Stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. These stars are big honors, and they are reserved for truly special people. Donald John Trump has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Maybe not for much longer.

“Donald Trump is a racist, fascist, and a threat to our democracy” said Hugo Soto-Martinez. Martinez represents the district where the star is located and is, along with others, looking into who has the authority to remove Trump’s star.

“We’re looking into where the authority lies, what the legal issues may be, and what a process for it might look like.” Andrew Rudick is also involved in this quest to remove Trump’s star.

Rudick resides in the Hollywood Hills and has been looking into the process of ridding the world of Trump’s reeking star for several years now. Trump first received the star in 2007 — a long time before he would be revealed for the traitor that he is.

Rudick says he believes the City Council has the ultimate authority to remove the star.

To date, nobody has ever seen their star removed. But there’s a first time for everything! And who else deserves NOT to be there more than Donald Trump? It’s frankly an embarrassment having it there. And people are noticing as in recent months there have been calls from people to work to get the star removed.

It would also save the clean-up people a fortune. I say this because Trump’s star has been stepped on, smashed, and to date, has cost more than $20,000 in repairs. One person even placed prison bars on the Star back in 2021.

It would be better to remove it completely. After all — Hollywood stars are for the talented, and what talent has Donald Trump other than starting insurrections and calling people names?

But since this procedure — removing a star — has never happened before, many are trying to figure out where to start. The good news is that it just might happen. Thousands are calling for the star’s removal, and many city officials want the star gone as well.

There are firsts for everything and those firsts include the removal of stars. It does look like Donald Trump’s star maybe the first — the first Hollywood star to be removed — forever — from the walk of fame.
