Even as Donald Trump’s financial house of cards has continued to collapse, and his brand name has become toxic, his name still remains on a number of buildings for pure licensing reasons. But that number just dropped by one.

Hilton has run the “Trump International Hotel” in Waikiki, Hawaii, since 2009. But in a long overdue move, Hilton is ditching the licensed “Trump” name and will instead become the “Wākea Waikiki Beach Hotel.”

The kicker is that the real estate firm involved with the hotel reportedly paid a lot of money in order to get out of the licensing deal.

In typical Trump fashion, a number of his licensing deals over the years have included financial penalties for buildings that remove his name before the deal is over. Yet Donald Trump is such a toxic criminal and traitor, people are now paying to get his evil name off their properties. This pattern will continue as Trump goes on criminal trial and ultimately goes to prison.
