Donald Trump’s legal team hits the panic button

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump’s attorneys are worried. This is because a federal Judge is taking care of some details in the upcoming E. Jean Carroll case against Trump. And the concern of Trump’s attorneys is directed toward possible evidence.

You see, his legal team fears there is so much evidence of their client demeaning women through grotesque and vulgar words and actions that these things could really damage their client. And they’ve reached a state of desperation.

This makes sense. Trump insults and demeans women on a pretty regular basis. I suppose one could see why his legal team would be panicking. And what is this legal team doing to try to take care of this pesky little problem? Well – reportedly, they’re trying to stop a whole lot of evidence from being presented at trial.

This evidence includes: Videos and pictures. Trump’s team is telling the judge such things are “irrelevant” and “highly prejudicial.” And his lawyers are reportedly going through all the stuff they do not want the jury to see. One object they’re reportedly particularly worried about is the infamous Access Hollywood tape.

Well, can one really blame them? This was the “grab em” confession heard and seen worldwide. No wonder trump’s team is melting down at the thought of any juror viewing it. Ah, but you see, there is a problem with the strategy of the trump team. Wouldn’t you just know it?

Most of the country — indeed most of the world — has already seen this. Indeed, most of the world KNOWS that Trump is a woman-hating, misogynistic, disrespectful, dangerous creep. That’s just who he is. So it doesn’t matter WHAT strategy his lawyers pulls. And I imagine they are pretty glum because, after all, look who they are representing.

Another thing the attorneys reportedly want to squash are comments from Trump at rallies demeaning women, including some of his accusers.

Sigh. Good luck with that one. I am sure on some level, these lawyers know that the trump name is associated with hatred, disgust, repulsion, nausea, and rebellion. But what can they do? They HAVE to represent individuals to the best of their abilities. I don’t envy them. THAT task.
