Donald Trump’s latest press conference is already off to a disastrous start
Americans are facing a pandemic, and they’re desperately hoping to hear about progress when it comes to emergency medical supplies. Americans are also broke and hungry, and they’re hoping to hear about those $1200 checks they were promised that never arrived.
So naturally, Donald Trump opened his press conference today by announcing a bailout for the airlines, and then bragged that he just got off the phone with Vladimir Putin. This is classic Trump. He’s completely tone deaf when it comes to what most Americans want to hear from a President, and he’s completely lacking self awareness when it comes to the fact that everyone knows he’s Putin’s puppet.
