Donald Trump’s idiot trial lawyers are blowing it already
Donald Trump always manages to hire the worst lawyers possible. Then he fires them or scapegoats them and replaces them with even worse lawyers. It’s part of why he lost his civil trials in such devastating fashion. Now it appears it criminal trial lawyers are on their way to blowing it as well.
The defense attorneys representing Donald Trump in next week’s New York criminal trial have reportedly subpoenaed the wrong person in relation to the case. Instead of subpoenaing a certain witness, they mistakenly subpoenaed some random guy who happened to have the same name. The guy promptly told them to take a hike.
If Trump’s lawyers are already making these kinds of amateur hour mistakes before the trial even gets underway, imagine what kinds of idiotic mistakes they’re going to end up making during the trial. Maybe they’ll try to cross examine Jeff Daniels instead of Stormy Daniels, or Michael Keaton instead of Michael Cohen. This debacle is just getting started.
