Donald Trump’s ICE thugs just struck out
It was a battle royale between David and Goliath — and David won. All over, the people buzzed with excitement as the Dodgers got ready to speak out on their disdain for ICE. Initiatives are reportedly to be announced by the Dodgers, and they will all be initiatives aimed at supporting the immigrant communities.
So, of course, always one to try and spoil the party, Dodger Stadium got an unwelcome visitor — or I should say VISITORS. Yep. The creeping slugs, also known as ICE, crawled into Dodger Stadium, of course. Undoubtedly eager to cause mayhem and chaos, masks flawlessly in place (Who are you wearing? Cowardice.), ICE agents meandered on up to Dodger Stadium trying to gain access — and quicker than an ICE agent breaking the law, they were (drum roll please)
DENIED. OOPS! Sorry, but no, thank you. Go on home now, little psychos. The Dodgers wasted no time in posting on Twitter, explaining that ICE had tried to gain access and was turned down: “Tonight’s game will be played as scheduled.”
Of course, EVERYTHING is eternal on the internet. The internet is the one place where images live forever — and ever so of course , images of ICE began to populate the net, growing ever more, until the internet and, in particular, social media was chock full of photos and pictures of disgraced ICE agents in government vehicles at the Stadium.
The Department of Homeland Security, who most definitely had egg on their faces, said that ICE’s presence had nothing to do with the Dodgers. Right. So yes, David won this round against Goliath. I bet ICE sure were mad! These spoiled individuals are probably accustomed to getting everything they want. In this case, they got nothing.
