Donald Trump’s handpicked candidate Doug Mastriano runs and hides

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Doug Mastriano is one of the more dangerous candidates running in the midterms. He wants to be Pennsylvania’s next Governor. A Trump sycophant of the highest degree, Mastriano is an election denier and was at the Capitol on January 6.

And he was supposed to sit down with the January 6 committee on Tuesday. However, although it did happen virtually, the meeting only lasted 15 minutes. This is because Mastriano refused to answer a single question. Mastriano appeared virtually and is said to have been uncooperative from the beginning. After about 15 minutes, his attorney shut the whole meeting down.

Reportedly the attorney for Mastriano raised questions about whether the January 6 subpoena was even legal. This is what they do now if they don’t like something. They simply say it isn’t legal. Apparently, the committee was expecting this. The reason is that he has been uncooperative and evasive pretty much all along. He’s a huge Trump sycophant and has been endorsed by Donald Trump.

Pennsylvania is a purple state that goes blue more often than red but which is still a swing state. The Pennsylvania Governor race is one we must take seriously, especially because this guy is who we’d get if the GOP were to win.

Mastriano’s platform is so extreme even some Republicans are not supporting his run. So remember this Governor’s race and donate to our candidate Josh Shapiro, if you can.
