Donald Trump’s Greenland stunt is blowing up in his face

What would you do if a complete stranger walked over to you and said: “Give me your house.” You’d think they were crazy, right? I mean, I have never heard of a situation where this scenario actually happened. But it is just what Donald Trump and his motley crew of ragamuffins are doing — to Greenland. And I think Greenland has just about had it.
Officials in Greenland, including the Prime Minister, are furious — at not only Trump but his whole posse of idiots. This is because the Second lady, Usha Vance, is planning a visit to Greenland. She is to watch their annual dogsled show But it seems Greenland officials suspect a more nefarious reason for a visit.
“Highly aggressive.” That is what the Prime Minister is calling this visit. Trump National security advisor Mike Waltz is also planning to visit Greenland. The Prime Minister is furious and said so in an interview on Sunday.
“What is the national security advisor doing in Greenland?” Good question. I wish more media entities would ask it. Trump has not stopped talking about annexing the country. Greenland has, in the past, expressed opposition but has not been as vehemently furious as they seem to be now, and frankly, I do not blame them.
Back to that question, I asked at the beginning of his essay, but with a slight variation. What would you do if someone said to you: “Give me your house,” and KEPT ASKING? Asking over, and over again. I think Greenland has just about had it with Trump and his insane posse of clowns.
I think Greenland would be within their rights to turn their backs and refuse to talk to anyone from the Trump administration, and that includes Usha Vance, who may be a good little wifey, in making this trip, but she certainly did not wake up one day and say: “Think I’ll vacation in Greenland this week!”
Oh no, this is harassment of Greenland, an impudent reminder to them,. that what the USA wants it will get. Only they will not. Virtually everyone are saying this. Greenland will never belong to Donald Trump no matter how many sweet and hopeful smiles Usha Vance flashes at them.
Greenland belongs to Greenland, it’s country sides laugh joyously, with the delight of the truly free, and if Donald Trump thinks otherwise he is going to be one VERY sad traitor.
