Donald Trump’s Fulton County criminal indictment

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Many of you have asked me what date I think Donald Trump will be indicted on in Fulton County. It’s a good question. It’s not a matter of Fani Willis sitting there and picking a date on a calendar.

Willis is already somewhere in the process of having a grand jury bring the indictments. The minute that process is complete, the indictments will be made public and the criminal charges will be filed. But to know when that’s going to happen, we’d have to know how far along Willis is in that process – and we haven’t gotten a peep about that.

In the meantime, it’s crucial to keep in mind that this is a legal process that must be completed in a grand jury room. Our impatience is irrelevant to the particulars that process. But for all we know, Trump could theoretically be criminally indicted in Fulton County as soon as today – and he’s surely not sleeping well right now as a result.
