Donald Trump’s doomsday hysteria goes over the top as his life falls to pieces

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Now that Donald Trump is being forced to testify in a civil trial that will end him financially, it’s starting to sink in for a lot of observers that he really is about to go on criminal trial four times and go to prison. His life really is over. He really does have no future of any kind.

The more obvious it becomes that Trump is finished, the more his people are trying to distract from this by leaking all the evil things he’ll supposedly do once he’s magically back in power. Now they’re leaking that Trump will install loyalists throughout the DOJ and use it to go after his enemies – and the media is dutifully printing this doomsday scenario as if it’s really going to happen. This is, of course, the entire point of leaking such scary things.

As long as the media is breathlessly talking about how doomed we all are because Trump is going to magically take over the country, the public will be too paralyzed with fear to even notice that Trump is being completely destroyed right in front of their eyes.

Donald Trump’s life is over. His testimony tomorrow will serve as a very clear reminder that this is a guy who is finished in life. His political “future” does not exist, outside of his own fantasies. Yet his babysitters continue to conspire with the mainstream media to feed us endless doomsday scenarios about Trump magically taking over the country again, and it keeps the public from even noticing that Trump is now one of the most powerless people on the planet.

Trump is no longer a man who gets to decide what comes out of his mouth, thanks to the conditions of his release on bail. Trump is no longer a man who gets to decide where he goes or what he does, thanks to his trials. Trump is no longer a man who has any control over his financial situation, thanks to the fact that his assets are earmarked for receivership. And Trump is no longer a man who has a future, thanks to the multiple prison sentences that will run through the end of his natural life. Trump is completely powerless. It’s all over for him. No wonder the people who babysit him feel compelled to leak such doomsday hyperbole about how Trump is going to magically get revenge on us all. Such rhetoric is the only card they have left to play, as they try to distract us all while Trump’s life is ripped to pieces.
