Donald Trump’s dementia comes front and center during disastrous rally speech
Donald Trump’s worsening dementia is one of the biggest political stories of 2023, given that his senility could end up knocking him out of the political arena before his criminal trials even can. The major media outlets are just now finally starting to mention Trump’s cognitive collapse in occasional and muted ways. But Trump’s condition just keeps getting worse.
In Trump’s latest attempt at a rally speech, he managed to mix up every world leader he mentioned with someone else:
Dementia Don strikes again. At his debate alternative rally last night, Trump was confused again…
• For the 3rd time in as many weeks, he shared his belief that Hungary shares a border with Ukraine & Russia — it doesn’t.
• And he confused the leader of China with the leader… pic.twitter.com/G3qrGJpp2g

That’s right, Donald Trump now thinks North Korean leader Kim Jong Il is instead the leader of China. This comes in spite of the fact that Trump has met and had important conversations with Kim Jong Un and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump is also close allies with Viktor Orban, but no longer has any idea what nation Orban leads. This isn’t one-off stuff. Trump now gets this kind of thing wrong every time he tries to speak. There’s nothing left of his brain.
