Donald Trump’s day from hell

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

So many people are impatient. This is understandable. Trump put us through much. Many seem to fear Trump is having the time of his life, free as a bird. This is a fallacy. He is not. So let us look together at a day in the life of Donald Trump and what that might look like.

Of course, this is merely my opinion. But there is a lot of evidence to back up the fact that Donald Trump is not happy — he is in prison, and though his prison remains existential at this moment, one has a feeling that it won’t is for long. So — a day in the life.

Donald Trump rises likely around noon or perhaps before. But not TOO early. I imagine the man must eat something. We do know he likes McDonald’s so perhaps he has a cheeseburger or some chicken McNuggets. Then — then WHAT?

He hunts for lawyers if today’s reporting is correct. And he hears a great deal of “no, thank you’s.” He takes to Truth Social and lets the diatribes fly. But Truth social is failing. Still, it is the only social media site the orange monster has.

He watches cable news. His day is likely spent yelling at whoever gives bad coverage of him, and we also know that is pretty much everybody, including Fox non-news. He plans rallies that few go to. He thinks about who the mole is and likely looks at just about everybody with suspicion.

And we must not forget all the litigation. Lots of Trump’s time is spent responding to civil lawsuits and trying to get out of responding to the rest.

And he must spend a great deal of time worrying about Merrick Garland and thinking about whether he (Trump) looks good in orange as that will be the color of choice for his prison jumpsuit.

And then night falls. What does he do then? Shout into the void as he watches the walls come ever closer as they close in on him. Trump is caged in his mental hell. Nobody should EVER think he’s gotten away with anything.

As all of us — live and love and laugh and chatter, Trump screams and grunts and rages and name calls. That is the BEST scenario for him. And soon — very soon — things will be even worse.
